With a growing community of practitioners, the business faced a critical commercial pressure: how to increase average revenue per user (ARPU), extend lifetime value (LTV), and reduce churn.
The core insight was clear — UNTIL's practitioners needed more than physical workspace. They needed tools to grow their own businesses. But the obvious solutions were either too expensive or too generic:
  • Hiring a web agency meant practitioners faced costs of thousands of pounds and waits of weeks or months.
  • Off-the-shelf website builders like Squarespace or Wix offered speed but no personalisation and no connection to UNTIL's brand or community.
UNTIL needed a new value proposition — one that was fast to deliver, meaningfully differentiated, and strengthened the platform's positioning as a tech-enabled community, not just a landlord.

THe solution

The output of the sprint was a validated, AI-enabled website service embedded within UNTIL's community offering. Practitioners could receive a professionally designed, personally written, SEO-optimised website — built at a fraction of the time and cost of a traditional agency.
The service delivered three things that neither agencies nor builders could match simultaneously:
  • Speed — websites delivered in days, not months.
  • Personalisation — AI-generated copy tailored to each practitioner's specific discipline and audience.
  • Affordability — at roughly one third of typical agency cost.
Critically, the service was designed not just as a standalone product, but as a retention and loyalty mechanism — deepening practitioners' reliance on UNTIL's ecosystem and making the platform harder to leave.

THe outcome

The new service strengthened UNTIL's overall value proposition, adding a meaningful commercial layer to the community platform. By positioning the business at the intersection of community, AI, and professional services, UNTIL demonstrated the kind of tech-enabled differentiation that growth-stage investors look for.
